This is another Roger item, and Mr Encyclopedia himself explained when he sold it to me several years ago that he thought the form of stitching identified it as Korean, though I can’t remember why, as I don’t think I was listening with all ears. Anyhow, I find it highly distinctive - it hangs in the hallway and has retained its place during the upheavals of the last year or so, which have seen several items nearby move in and out. Hopefully, we have now reached equilibrium in the hall way, as the five wall spots available feature one item from each continent. The Oceania one (Polynesia) I have already featured, this one of course represents Asia, the others I will perhaps post at some future date. Enjoy!
